JC SANCHEZ PROJECTS LLC, doing business as JCSP, operates www.jcsanchez.co and www.juancamilosanchez.com from Miami, Florida, United States. This notice explains how we handle information collected through these websites and their inquiry and email sign-up forms.

Inquiries. We collect the contact details and message you provide in an inquiry form, including your name and email address where requested. Each form indicates its required fields. We use this information to review and respond to your inquiry and manage any resulting work. Form submissions are stored in Kajabi, and inquiry notifications are sent to our Google Workspace inbox.
Email sign-ups. When you sign up for updates, we collect the information you enter and your subscription choices. We use it to send the updates described on that form. For example, a course waitlist requests your email address and consent to receive course availability updates. Some forms include an email-confirmation step; if you receive a confirmation email, follow its instructions.
Service providers
We use Kajabi to host the websites and manage form submissions and email sign-ups. We use Google Workspace to receive inquiry notifications and communicate by email. These providers process information to provide those services.
Cookies and website usage information
Our websites use Kajabiā€™s cookies and related technologies to support website features and collect information about how the sites are used. Cookies store small amounts of information in your browser. Kajabi documents their use for functions such as login sessions and website measurement.

How long we keep information
We keep personal information for as long as needed to handle your inquiry, carry out any resulting work, or manage the updates you requested. We retain legal and accounting records as required and records needed to respect your communication preferences. Use the Contact page on either website to ask about information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop sending updates. Mention that your message is a privacy request and include the email address you used to contact us or sign up.
